The KnarCraft Minecraft server

The KnarCraft Minecraft server was originally created in 2011, and was then just called Knar World. It was quite active in 2012-2013, but due to various factors, it wasn't feasible for me to keep hosting it 24/7. It has been online periodically, and it's been updated for every version from Minecraft 1.0 to Minecraft 1.20. Some buildings and creations have been lost to time, but the original KnarWorld map is still a part of the server. The survival map is a new one created on 1.17. The PlotWorld world is the same old one, including the buildings from the ancient Freebuild. The hub was created to have a place for minigames and arenas, and features working versions of arenas from KnarWorld.

In the hub, you can engage in various mini-games like blockhunt, pvp, mobarena, capture the flag and spleef. In plotworld, you can build in creative mode in a giant 500x500 plot. In survival, you can play survival with rpg elements such as skill levels and optional quests. Factions is used for claiming land. KnarWorld is mostly a museum of all of KnarCraft's earliest buildings. It allows player to fly and enter spectator mode in order to fully explore everything. The spawn also features portals to the outer edges, where it's possible to freely build in creative mode. There is a hidden server, which features a project that was started in 2012, and abandoned. There is a hidden vanilla survival server where anything goes.
